Maricopa County 's On-the-Job Training Program assists Valley businesses in increasing the skills of recruits, new and current workforce. A business may be reimbursed up to 50 percent of the participant's hourly wage for a negotiated period of time to compensate for a businesses extraordinary costs and lower productivity.
