• A grand opening was held in July 2004 to celebrate the introduction of the Las Artes youth program in Maricopa County. This “best-practice” program was instituted in Pima County
  over ten years ago.
• The programs allows twelve to thirty-two weeks for GED preparation and job training, all while participating in community art projects.
• Las Artes is operated in the newly renovated Sante Fe Train Depot located at 501 W. Jackson, Suite A.
• To ensure success, a team of highly qualified individuals consisting of a youth program supervisor, program coordinator, artist, GED instructor and case manager is available.

Eligible youth

• Out of school youth ages 16-21 seeking assistance in achieving academic and employment success.
